The Continuum of Care program is specific to Mt Gambier and surrounding area. It provides counselling and case management; community engagement; family support; home detox; therapeutic group and recreational and life-skills groups.
The Continuum of Care program works in conjunction and adds value to the Mt Gambier New ROADS Residential Rehabilitation program.
