Alban Place provides an integrated model of care for young people aged 12-24 years of age. The service offers:
- Two sobering up beds available 24/7 for young people identified as needing a safe place to ‘sober up’.
- Residential intervention (4 beds) for 6-8 weeks. Provides a range of psycho-social interventions, family work, individual support, group sessions and life skills training. Individual plans are supported by links to community services and medical practitioners.
- A range of outreach supports for young people and their families prior to and post residence.
